About me
Nathalie Clark BSc (Hons), BACP Registered Counsellor

I am a compassionate and sensitive listener, with diverse counselling experience. I love living near the sea and immersing myself in nature, which I find calming and uplifting.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I work holistically with the mind, body, spirit and heart. I like to work with all parts of self, helping you to read the messages these parts may bring. I use a variety of therapeutic methods which are tailored to your needs. I believe we all hold the answers to our questions and problems and that my role is to support you in exploring your options and helping you to find those answers.

I hold an ABC Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Level 4) a CPCAB Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Level 5) and an NCS Diploma in Supervision.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by the Ethical Framework of the BACP.

I have experience of working with young people in school settings and with the LGBT community. I offer an inclusive counselling service for all. I enjoy working with diversity and have personal as well as professional experience of working with clients on the neurodiverse spectrum. I feel this particular field needs a practitioner with understanding and sensitivity to what neurodiverse clients bring.

My counselling background includes working with all NHS staff and Blue Light Workers from the beginning and throughout the Covid pandemic, with the stresses that they faced such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. Over the years I have also gained extensive experience of working with clients with gambling and alcohol addiction.

As well as counselling I have taught CPCAB levels 2, 3 and 4 over a number of years and I supervise counsellors. I am passionate about helping others to become counsellors and to become the best that they can be.
